At our practice, we partner with Access Medical to offer convenient in-office laboratory testing at discounted cash rates for our patients. For those who prefer to use their health insurance for laboratory testing, we can provide a lab order to take to the outpatient lab of your choice. Please note that coverage, costs, and billing for laboratory testing are determined by your health insurance plan.

As your provider, it is impossible for us to be familiar with the details of every individual’s health plan. Therefore, it is the patient's responsibility to understand their insurance benefits and to handle any expenses, deductibles, or payments incurred as a result of laboratory testing. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider with any questions about coverage before proceeding with testing.

Pricing: normal laboratory pricing plus $10 lab draw fee.
