This 60-minute appointment is designed for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their health. Together, we will review your symptoms, health concerns, lifestyle factors, and laboratory findings to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Whether you're experiencing fatigue, weight concerns, low energy, difficulty sleeping, metabolic concerns, or simply want a proactive approach to your health, this visit provides personalized guidance and education tailored to your goals.
If hormone replacement therapy is not the appropriate path, we will discuss other potential contributors and provide recommendations, resources, and next steps to help point you in the right direction.

Our office visits are designed to fit your schedule and preferences. We offer in-person appointments, synchronous and asynchronous telemedicine visits. Telemedicine is available exclusively for residents of Ohio.
Pricing: Visits start at our base pricing, with additional costs if laboratory workups are required.
Prescriptions: If needed, prescriptions can be sent directly to your local pharmacy.
Payment: While we are unable to accept insurance for billing or payment, we gladly accept HSA or FSA cards for these visits.
Work Notes: If required, we can provide a work note for your employer.
